Cancellation Policy:
If a private client or both partner clients do not show up or cancels less than 24 hours before a training session, a prepaid session will be removed from his/her bought package. Adherence to the training program is critical to achieve proper progression and results. Therefore, the missed session must also be rescheduled to be completed before the date of the last session of the same package, in addition to the client’s normal training frequency. If Meghan Hayden misses a training session or has to cancel within 24 hours, the session will be rescheduled following the same protocol.

Referral Discount*
For each client referral that invests in a training package, the current client’s next package will be discounted 25%

Service Descriptions

Training:
A $50 consultation must be completed before any training plan is purchased. If a client invests in a package, the $50 fee will be refunded. 

Consultation is comprised of:
Baseline Movement Screening to identify imbalances, limitations, and to assess current fitness.
A discussion going over the client’s exercise history, current fitness based on the assessments above, and specific goals the client would like to achieve. 
Meghan will provide best recommendations for the client to reach their goals. 

If a training package is purchased, a custom Training Program will be created to optimize the client’s specific fitness goals. All programs are designed based on leading research in the field of Exercise Physiology. It is important to know as a future client that everything in the program down to the rest periods is calculated to optimize your specific fitness goals so attention to detail is critical. During each training session Meghan Hayden provides her undivided attention to each client checking form, safety, and making sure he/she get the most out of the training. 

Partner Training Sessions:

Training sessions are designed with equal focus on both clients. Training Programs are designed to reach both clients’ individual and collective fitness goals. 
If one client does not show up for a training session or cancels less than 24 hours before, a session will be pulled from both clients’ packages and the present client will have a 45 minute personal training session.
