Strength and conditioning class with a focus on up to 5 movements. Load them up to build strength, then combine the movements into a flow to test proficiency and conditioning.

After the session, members will take time to set goals and plan for the month ahead while enjoying food

Take off events are designed to bring people together to celebrate movement, health, and community. Each event highlights different sustainable brands that help optimize performance and are making a positive impact in their local communities.
Elevate your conditioning in these high intensity turf sessions. Inspired by Coach Meg’s experience with soccer, tennis, and running. Expect to sprint, hop, stride out, and open up your lungs.

The best thing about this program is it is custom to you! The program is the same whether you have access to all the equipment in a gym or just your body. You can elect either a gym or at home program. From there, if you have limited equipment or a machine is occupied you are provided with “movement swap” options that offer an alternative working the same movement pattern.
Having extensive rehab experience, I work with a lot of clients managing injuries. For private sessions (in-person or online) we'll work together to ensure proper form, prevent further injury and rehabilitate your injury while concurrently strengthening the rest of your body.
For my Custom Program, yes, you can still proceed with that, as it takes your injuries into consideration. However, please make sure you attend our weekly check-ins, so I can further customize your program to optimize your results and make sure you’re moving efficiently week to week.
The program includes options for beginners, experienced enthusiasts, and advanced athletes. I recommend everyone starting at beginner level as you can always change your selection to make it more challenging.
You will be provided with explainer videos to assist learning movement efficiency, progression or regressions to optimize movement strategy, and additional practice to improve mindset, balance, and self-awareness. Being a specialist in one-on-one coaching I can extend virtual weekly check-ins for a select number of clients. If this is of interest, schedule a consult with me today!

My coaching focuses on athletic development, functional strength, and injury prevention. I hold training certifications in strength and conditioning, kettlebell training, animal flow, and mobility. This program is influenced by all of these practices to optimize your movement and performance results. Each movement contains a video with more information to better understand form, muscles involved, and other considerations.
