I'm Meghan.

A performance coach based in New York. I optimize my client's performance by coaching proper movement mechanics so they move efficiently, laying a foundation of strength so they are resilient, and incorporating conditioning so they are energized. I program long term solutions rather than quick fixes because small consistent changes create sustainable results.


Once I realized the positive impact I was making on my clients I wanted to help as many people as possible, and this is what I aim to do with my Take Off With Meg membership.
