Sizing: Comes with a 10 foot cable. One size fits all. Resize for your purposes as follows (height/length of rope): 4’10’’-5’3’’/8ft; 5’4”-5’11’’/9ft; 6’0’’-6’4’’/10ft; 6’5’’+/11ft. Cut off the extra cord after adjusting the cord with the adjustable screw/collar system.
